Shipping/Handling
- FREE , no freight charges for regular ground service from warehouse
- Continental United States ONLY. NO Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/AFO, post office boxes
- Carriers - FedEx, UPS, USPS
- Warehouse processing --usually within 2-5 business days.
- Delivery -- usually 5-8 business days from ship date.
- Delay -- you will receive an email.
- Tracking number posting -- when your cookware order ships.
Order cancellations/changes
- Orders can be cancelled only if cookware items have not yet been shipped.
- A 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid by credit card will be charged to customer to cover the credit card charge-back processing fees.
- Any return with a valid reason must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA). [See Return Policies]
Lost/damaged items during shipping
- Inspect package before accepting delivery.
- Freight carrier is responsible for delivery of your goods once the cookware leaves the warehouse.
- Settle with the carrier if damage occurred during shipping
Warranty information
- Some of our cookware products are guaranteed with a manufacturer's warranty which will vary, depending on the manufacturer. For any of our product warranties, please contact us.
Note: Our cookware products are popular and in demand, and occasionally may become out of stock. If this happens, you may be offered a full refund.
Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
- All products have a 10 day money back guarantee.
- If you should experience a problem, please contact us immediately.
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the cookware set you bought or if the merchandise is defective, please contact us for an RMA number within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- A number must be requested.
- This number must appear on all packages and related documents.
- An authorized return must be back in the warehouse within 25 days of shipping date.

√ Must have all original papers, parts, pieces, etc.
√ Must not have been used
- Return shipping fee is purchaser's responsibility.
Items returned without an RMA will be sent back to you with all shipping expenses incurred by you.
- Restocking fee, up to 20%, will be charged for non-defective return. Return should include the appropriate "return shipping address".
- No returns via COD.
- Defective Merchandise
- Defective products returned with an RMA in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
Payment by credit card
- Will be credited back to you or refunded via check.
